Louis Stone sponsored a Neurology and Ophthalmology Society at Ulster University
Optical supplier Louis Stone has sponsored the first event held by the Neurology and Ophthalmology Society of Ulster University (NOSOC).
Paul Peppard, graduate medical student, was the prize winner of a Louis Stone pen torch and said the new equipment would be of use as he began his rotations of hospital placement in Altnagelvin Area Hospital.
Aoife O’Donnell, optometrist and vice-chair of NOSOC, added: ‘On behalf of NOSOC we’d like to extend our gratitude to Louis Stone for their support to our new society at Northern Ireland’s first graduate medical school.’
