A new online business-to-business platform for independent practices which will allow them to view and order current models, check availability and order spare parts has been unveiled by Luxottica.
Customers in the UK and Ireland are currently being invited to sign up to the new platform, my.luxottica.com, which is scheduled to go live at the end of September. The portal will provide new features such as a dedicated after sales section said to simplify warranty and parts services along with real-time order tracking.
‘We are delighted to be rolling out my.luxottica.com in the UK and Ireland during the second half of this year,’ said Rupert Curthoys, Luxottica customer interaction manager UK & Ireland.
