Management change at Waterside Labs

Independently-owned Waterside Laboratories has announced its long-serving managing director Bob Forgan has decided to vacate his role.

Forgan’s directorship position at the Totton-based full service lab is set to be assumed by Paul Salmon, formerly sales director at Anglo Italian Optical and with 31 years of industry experience. Salmon will steer the ship with co-director Chris Smith.

Smith said: ‘We must now be the largest lab in the UK that has managed to stay independently owned and only supplying the independent sector. I have known Paul for many years now and look forward to working with him to continually improve the product ranges and service we offer.’
