Frames group Marcolin has signed a joint venture agreement with Russian eyewear operator Sover-M

Frames group Marcolin has signed a joint venture agreement with Russian eyewear operator Sover-M.

Under the deal, Marcolin gained control of 51 per cent of Sover-M, which was to distribute all the products in Marcolin’s brand portfolio.

Victoria Chizhova, founder and general director of Sover-M, said: ‘We’re very pleased to join Marcolin Group, a company that we always admire for its strength in product and brand development, to foster the distribution of its large portfolio in our country.’
