Marcolin has announced finalising the integration of all its activities and business previously managed by the Viva subsidiaries in UK and Hong Kong.
Giovanni Zoppas, CEO of Marcolin, said: ‘We are pleased to announce the final step of the Marcolin/Viva integration, we will deliver accretive results in UK and HK.’
As of this month, Marcolin UK managing director Perry Moore assumed overall UK domestic management responsibility of the newly integrated organisation. Andrew Wilkinson will assume the position of director of sales and marketing, reporting directly to Perry Moore.
A statement added that in order to support the expansion of the activities of Marcolin Group in Asia, Marcolin UK had incorporated a new branch in Hong Kong to propel growth in the area. The new branch was under the management of Giovanni Pesce, formerly VP of international sales at VIVA and Julia Bilsand, formerly director of operations at Viva UK.
