Spanish contact lens company Mark’ennovy has appointed Jim Dickson as its new head of professional affairs for the UK and Ireland.
Dickson, joined from Alcon’s professional affairs team in the UK and brought experience from his time as a qualified contact lens optician. Part of Dickson’s role will include leading the rollout of Mark’ennovy’s new training academy.
A Mark’ennovy statement explained that Dickson had ‘a passion for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial customer relationships.’ It added that the company was continuing with its plans for expansion and investment in professional support.
‘I am very excited to join a business that places a high value on the role of professional affairs, as well as their commitment to improving lives through continued development,’ explained Dickson.
