MarketMeNow is inviting retail business owners to try a customer acquisition and marketing tool that allows practices to find new customers by targeting specific geographic or demographic areas.

The company, founded by marketing specialists Nick Frazer and Marian Stefani, claimed the product mixes the best of Equifax data, Google Maps and Moonpig-like creative graphics to target and then mail potential customers.

To use the system practices simply register with www.marketmenow.co.uk , choose their location and then select an area they would like to find new customers in. This can be chosen by radius from the practice or drawn freehand on a Google map allowing specific neighbourhoods, or even streets, to be targeted. The number of potential leads found in that area is then displayed as a pie chart. This selection can be progressively broken down by categories such as, gender, spending power and accommodation price bands. This allows the selection to be progressively whittled down to exactly the type of customer lead required.

A mailing piece can then be sent to that selection and the class of post chosen. The mailed card can be selected by quality, size and finish and  is pre-populated from the practice’s registration details. The card can then be edited by the user and viewed online until the desired wording and images are in place.

No costs are incurred until the mailing is ordered and each card costs from 65p and volumes can be as low as 16.
