Maui goes for gold with Monstera Leaf

Maui Jim has introduced Monstera Leaf, a luxury women’s sunglass which mixes large classic shapes and gold detailing to bring a touch of glamour and opulence to its line-up.

The handcrafted piece takes its name from the tropical flowering plants which can be found growing around the Hawaiian islands. Three colour options are available which mix mottled acetate with 24k gold detailing at the temple. The handcrafted goldwork takes its design cue from the Monstera Leaf.

The style is available in three colour options. Honey Havana acetate is mixed with yellow gold detailing and coupled with a HCL bronze lens in SuperThin glass. This shade offers a warm tint and is best suited to changing light conditions. The Guava Pink frame is accompanied by Rose gold detailing and uses a Maui Rose lens. This lens offers high levels of comfort said Maui Jim. A white gold option has its frame in White Tokyo and uses a neutral grey lens which offers higher light reduction for sunny situations. It also uses SuperThin glass which is 20 lighter and thinner than standard glass lenses while offering the benefits of more clarity. All of the lenses feature Maui Jim proprietary polarising and colour-enhancing technologies.
