Maui Jim: Spring into style

Maui Jim has introduced three new ophthalmic styles in acetate for the spring. Inspiration for the MJ02227 model comes from the ’iwa, a frigatebird that frequents the shores of Hawaii. A patterned detail illustrates the bird mid-flight with a crystal temple interior providing a clear view of the design, stamped on a metallic core.

MJO2233, pictured, is a rectangular piece with the temples meeting the front at matte silver hinges, creating contrast to the organic acetate body. An etched, wood-like texture has been added to the acetate and colour options included wood fade to grey, brown-blue with orange, black wood grain, black fade to taupe.
