Mido outlines 2021 show plans

Mido has opened registration to the optical industry for its 2021 event that is slated to take place from June 5-7 after the cancellation of its 2020 exhibition.

Organisers have developed solutions to ensure safety for visitors to the show, including rapid testing, temperate checks and the ‘green corridor’ for business travellers outside the EU.

Giovanni Vitaloni, president of Mido, said: ‘Mido is a necessity. It is not simply the leading global eyewear industry trade show, it has also come to symbolise the much-needed relaunch businesses are thirsting for.’
