The Saturday afternoon at Optrafair in Birmingham hosted an unprecedented discussion featuring representatives from the biggest retail chains, regional groups and the independent sector. The discussion was hosted by BBC Radio Four's Peter White and saw the multiples go head to head with the independent sector on free eye exams.
