
Myopia Focus announced the appointment of Dr Annegret Dahlmann-Noor, a leading consultant ophthalmologist at Moorfields Eye Hospital with a distinguished career in clinical practice and research, to its advisory committee.
As well as contributing to clinical trials of new treatments aimed at slowing myopia progression, Dr. Dahlmann-Noor has played a key role in developing a UK consensus on myopia management.
‘I am delighted to join the Myopia Focus Advisory Board to increase awareness, provide information to children, young people and adults, and to move the myopia agenda forward,’ she said.
Dahlmann-Noor joins an esteemed panel of experts, including Bhavin Shah, Mark Bullimore and Professor Ian Flitcroft.
