Neubau becomes subsidiary of Silhouette

Neubau Eyewear has announced that it will operate as an independent entity of Silhouette International from January 1, 2021.

It will operate in the form of subsidiary of Silhouette with its own sales and marketing channels, while eyewear will still made at Silhouette’s production locations in Austria.

The company has been a part of Silhouette’s portfolio since its creation in 2016 as an urban brand with sustainability at the core of its design philosophy.

Neubau said it had made a name for itself as ‘a brand that knows how to combine stylish, sustainable design with dynamic technological innovation.’
