Inspired by what she said was a lack of reasonably priced protective children's sunglasses in the UK, Lynn Bound has introduced Funglasses to 'fill the gap in the market'.
'There are all sorts of creams and clothing to protect young skin from the sun, but young eyes are overlooked,' said Bound.
There are 11 animal-inspired designs to choose from, each with an Eva Foam animal character. The sunglasses, described as durable, with comfort features and no sharp bits, are manufactured to British and European safety standard label EN1836:2005 and the lenses provide UV 400 protection.
