The Department of Health's new guidelines on domiciliary visits, released yesterday (December 17), have tightened regulations regarding mobile practices following several instances of fraud. The DoH review body included new rules to make sure managers of care homes do not have the incentive to request that all residents have sight tests whether they need them or not.
