PPG has launched a new initiative in the UK to increase awareness of the Trivex lens material among independent opticians.
The Trivex Lens Specialist initiative is focused on education, training and marketing tools designed to highlight the benefits of Trivex lenses for patients. Participants will be identified as a Trivex specialist and will be provided with point-of-sale materials and useful information on dispensing Trivex lenses, as well as an opportunity to participate in an online training seminar and invitations to social gatherings.
‘We have developed this unique programme for the UK market to bring together opticians who wish to communicate the benefits of Trivex lenses to their patients,’ said Dora Plisic, PPG trade manager, optical materials.
‘The programme will offer perfect support for opticians who wish to broaden their expertise and gain experience with Trivex material so they will be able to recommend a lens that can truly exceed their patients’ expectations.’
