New lens types from UltraVision

UltraVision International is making changes in preparation for a new type of contact lens to be launched later this year and which will have a direct impact on the UK.
The company is consolidating operations to improve competitiveness and speed up the development of new speciality lenses.
UltraVision believes its customersÕ interests are best served by having as many of its functions under one roof as possible and is therefore downsizing its California operation and expanding the Montreal site.
Epicon, UltraVisionÕs latest development, manufactured from its lens material carbosilfocon, will be launched in the UK this summer.
