Contact lens retailer 1-800 Contacts has been accused of antitrust violations by competitor Lens.com which filed a suit in the US District Court for Nevada, www.vegas.com reported. Lens.com alleged that 1-800 had 'engaged in a host of anticompetitive practices to obtain or maintain its market dominance', including censoring or impeding customer information, manufacturing fictional trademark rights and hitting competitors with frivolous trademark infringement lawsuits.
