Norville Eyewear has made another flurry into distributing fashion eye wear with the addition of Versace Eyewear from this month.
Versace stockists from the independent retail sector and 'selected multiples' will be catered for by the Gloucestershire company which already is the distributor for Kenneth Cole and Jean Paul Gaultier. Existing UK distributor Fabris Lane will continue to supply some multiples, department stores and tax free outlets in a partnership with Norville.
Fabris Lane has been looking for a distribution partner for some time, it has emerged.
'We did a lot of research as to who would be a good partner,' said Fabris Lane's business manager Jamie Denholm. 'We are delighted to be working with Norville. It is a fantastic company with a good reputation and a good knowledge of the optical market.'
Fabris Lane, like Norville, is privately owned and this was a key factor in the agreement to work together.
