Nottingham independent practices merger

Lesley Cree Opticians in Radcliffe on Trent has merged with Amanda Findlay Eyecare in Keyworth and Ruddington.

The combined practices, which will operate as Lesley Cree Opticians under directors Lesley and Ben Cree, will have around 20,000 patients in total and the capacity to carry out more than 100 eye tests per week.

Dispensing optician and director Ben Cree said: ‘We anticipate a seamless merger given our shared principles and values. Our aim is to combine the ‘best bits’ from each practice to provide an even more enriched experience.

‘As well as eye care, patients will now be able to access a wider choice of frames, and additional services such as hearing tests, earwax removal, and an Optos eye scanner based in Radcliffe.’
