
Independent eye care company OCL Vision has scooped up the award for ‘Best in Healthcare Outcomes’ at this year’s LaingBuisson Awards.
Commenting on the win, Nik Rudge, CEO of OCL Vision, said: ‘As a first-time entrant, to be recognised for our treatment results is a huge achievement and validation of what we strive for every day and with every patient.’
Judges at LaingBuisson noted the ‘excellent’ clinical outcomes, supported by over 15,000 procedures completed with a 0.49% complication rate and no post-operative infections.
‘Overall, [the submission] effectively described an outstanding service and a strong commitment to innovation and technology,’ the judges said.
