OCS has fuel until Dec 4

Optical Courier Services, part of Hays DX, has stated it will have enough petrol to run a full service for three weeks after next week's proposed threatened fuel action day.

Hays DX has been granted essential supplier status as a result of its contracts with the NHS, which will give its vehicles preferential treatment at filling stations if November 13 sparks further transport difficulties. 'Since the '60-day' deadline was announced by protesters we have been working hard to ensure that we have a suitable fuel contingency in place,' said a spokesman. Hays was severely affected by the last dispute.
