Ocuco is targeting lens manufacturing labs in China with the opening of a new office in Shanghai

Ocuco has opened an office in Shanghai, China, having secured contracts of over E300,000 in the past 12 months.

The company announced that it would continue to develop the Chinese market, with business development and technical support based there, and that the expansion had directly created new jobs in Dublin.

The news was revealed during an Enterprise Ireland Trade Investment Mission to China, led by minister for jobs, enterprise and innovation, Richard Bruton TD. Wishing the company success, he said: ‘Ocuco is a highly innovative optical software company and this is a strong sign of its commitment to the Chinese market.’
