Oko gives lugs lashes

French manufacturer Oko Eyewear has released a new women’s acetate and metal ophthalmic frame collection. The AC35 range has taken the novel approach of including eye lash detailing around the lugs of the frame (1). The manufacturer said it had selected a range of hues that were akin to eye shadow colours.

The manufacturer has also released the Duo Clip frame and clips – of which a prototype version was shown to Optician at Optrafair in April. The acetate and ion-plated metal frame comes with a selection of Mazzucchelli acetate clips (2) – one featuring polarised lenses.
