Optical Express continues investment

A new Optical Express clinic has been opened in Milton Keynes by the area’s MP

A new Optical Express clinic has been opened in Milton Keynes by the area’s MP following a £3.4m investment into the site.

The private eye care provider said that patients at its new clinic would benefit from the latest optical diagnostic and treatment equipment while 20 local jobs were supported.

A spokesperson for Optical Express added that the clinic had the capacity to significantly reduce bloated NHS waiting times in the town, particularly for those in need of cataract surgery.

David Moulsdale, Optical Express CEO and founder, said: ‘We have had a clinic in Milton Keynes for almost two decades and we know how vibrant the town is. This major new investment here means we can bring the most advanced eye care closer to people’s home, making looking after their eyes and staying healthy easier than ever.
