Optician hosts myopia roundtable

Myopia management was the topic of the latest Optician roundtable discussion that took place last Wednesday evening (November 11).

The VTI sponsored event was convened to delve into levels of understanding and attitudes towards myopia and myopia control and to gather real life experiences of the patient journey.

The parents offered insights into their children’s experiences of myopia and talked about role myopia management played in their dealing with the optical profession. The emotional aspects of children and parents was also discussed.
