Medical retinal imaging company Optos improved headline revenues by 5 per cent at $42m for the third quarter of its financial year.
The company added that the results for the three-month period ended June 30 2014 were driven by growth in new customers and outright sales in direct markets. It had added 364 new customers in the period and 992 customers for the year to date, which was 17 per cent higher than the same period last year. Optos said this took the total installed base to 6,846, up 15 per cent from 5,945 at the start of the financial year.
Net debt was $26.5m lower than that for the third quarter last year ($46m).
