An interactive masterclass will be held by The Exhibiting Agency on January 31 at the NEC, to help exhibitors create an impact and attract decision makers on their stands.

Using real case studies, subjects to be covered include 'standing out from the competition' and 'bypassing timewasters'.

John Blaskey (pictured), managing director of The Exhibiting Agency, said: 'One of the biggest mistakes that people make at exhibitions is trying to tell people too much on the stand. Then there is no reason for a follow-up visit. The reality is that the less time that you spend with people, the more likely you are to get an appointment.'
