OSA Spring meeting promises digital and DICOM update

E-health strategy in optometry and ophthalmology plus upcoming initiatives were top of the agenda for the Spring Optical Supplier Association meeting on March 20 at Friends House in Euston, London.

The Digital Eyecare Alliance, a new frames directory, Green Charter, plus updates on DICOM and MHRA regulations would also be covered at the meeting.

Karl Jeebaun, OSA Director, was encouraging optical businesses with an interest in E-Health to make sure they attend: ‘Now is a formative time for establishing the way we are moving forward, with one voice.  Most of the major players are OSA members, but if your business is yet to join you might like to come along on 20th March as see how important it is to engage collectively,’ he said.
