'Our Leaders in the Dock'

Members of the British Contact Lens Association (BCLA) have been invited to a panel discussion featuring the leaders of optical bodies.

A session called Our Leaders in the Dock would offer 'a rare opportunity to grill the leaders of the optical bodies' about the future of contact lens practice, a BCLA statement said.

The discussion will take place at the ninth BCLA Pioneers Conference on November 22 at the Royal Society of Medicine, London.

Panellists will include BCLA president Dr Catharine Chisholm, Association of British Dispensing Opticians president Jennifer Brower; Association of Optometrists chairman David Shannon, Optical Confederation chairman Don Grocott and College of Optometrists president Dr Kamlesh Chauhan.
