As part of the Sydney Myopia Study, Australian researchers undertook a cross-sectional study of two age samples and assessed participants from 51 schools in the capital city.

Study authors set out to assess the relationship of near, midworking, and outdoor activities with the prevalence of myopia in school-aged children.
