OutsideClinic has launched the colleague assistance programme, provided by Health Assured, to aid employees with personal and professional problems.
The platform included: the My Healthy Advantage app and an online well-being portal; access to counselling; legal support for issues that cause anxiety or distress; bereavement support; medical support from qualified nurses; and a 24 hour helpline.
