OutsideClinic has planned a relocation of headquarter offices to Swindon in Spring to accommodate growing teams.
Over 200 colleagues will move from the Old Town address to the new headquarters in South Marston Industrial Estate, which has been equipped with kitchens, break-out areas, training facilities for development and other flexible spaces allocated for wellbeing.
The open-plan office is said to inspire a collaborative environment while providing the latest technology and comfort and will be the prime location for the training and development of new optometrists and audiologists.
The company has collaborated with head office colleagues by setting up forums and focus groups to deliver collective decisions.
Michelle Peel, joint venture partnerships director at OutsideClinic, said: ‘The new head office is a major milestone for OutsideClinic and represents the company's continued growth and success. It is the start of something new and brings with it the opportunity to introduce new technologies and working practices, which will, in turn, bring about a better working environment for everyone.
‘We are committed to providing colleagues with the best possible working conditions, and we are confident that the new head office will play a key role in creating a healthy workplace that supports every employee's physical, mental and social well-being.’
This follows the company’s acquisition of Visioncall, Bloom Hearing Specialists, and Care Opticians.
