u Tony Woodward (right), partner of Wiltshire-based Haine& Smith, recently celebrated 20 years with the company. He joined the team in 1981 and now works as an optometrist at a number of the groupÕs 19 practices.

Mr Woodward is one of five members of staff who have been with the company for 20 years or more.
