Plans submitted to Warwick District Council for new opticians

Optometrist Sukhpal Kunner has applied for a change of use for a former estate agents in the Chase Meadow Square area of Warwick.

The application was submitted to Warwick District Council’s planning portal and details plans to open a new independent opticians in the currently empty site, which was once the premises of Connells Estate Agents.

The council responded to the application on the planning portal, explaining that planning permission was not needed for the change of use. It is not yet known when the opticians could open to the public.
