Poll ranks nation’s favourite sights

Children playing, a sea-view and our pets ranked as the nation’s favourite sights in a poll conducted by NEHW organisers Eye Health UK.

The poll was conducted to produce results for FrEYEday, a NEHW social media initiative on Friday, September 24, aimed at highlighting why vision matters.

The countryside, sunsets and our partners made up more of the nation’s favourite sights. Vision Matters said the public should make sure their eyes remained healthy so they could continue to enjoy them.

‘There were more than four million fewer sight tests conducted in 2020 than in 2019 so I’d urge anyone who missed a routine eye check recently to book one,’ said David Cartwright, chair of Eye Health UK.
