The designer Pollini Eyewear Collection and its Studio Pollini line will be exhibited by the Aeffe and Elite Group at Mido.
Pollini Eyewear includes 20 frames and seven sunglasses. The women's designs include classic black, Havana and beige tones with brighter and colourful hues on the sides. Shapes are large to accommodate progressives without compromising the style. Traditional acetate shapes for men come in tones of hunter green, smoke blue-grey and dark tortoiseshell. Sunglasses are enveloping masks with precious metal side details.
Models for the young Studio Pollini line include lightweight metals with chemical milling and laser cutting. Cellulose acetate models have classic lines. There is a fabric texture effect in sage green and chestnut brown. Also new are two-tone acetates, where the second tone comes through well, according to the company.
