Porsche Design: Driving innovation

Lifestyle brand Porsche Design has presented its lens technology offerings. Under the name Vision Drive, the famous brand has developed sunglass lenses designed for optimal optical clarity.

The Vision Drive portfolio includes the Polarized, Polarized XTR and Photochromic lens options, with the separate technologies applied to different frames for different scenarios.

Porsche Design’s Polarized sunglasses filter out light to varying degrees based on the angle of reflection to keep out distracting reflections for safer driving.

Polarized XTR lenses were designed with specialists from motorsports and absorb blue light specifically, ensuring visual clarity for driving when the sun is low in the sky.

Vision Drive’s innovation for this year is the Photochromic lens, featuring a quick darkening tint and mirror coating
