Positive Impact updates e-com Dry Eye Zone

Positive Impact has launched an updated version of its Dry Eye Zone website for patients to buy its full range of products without cutting the independent optical practice out.

The website enables independents to receive a percentage of their patient’s full order value without having to physically stock every product.

Maxine Green, sales and operations director at Positive Impact, said: ‘At least 95% of dry eye sales go through non-optical channels and we don’t believe that’s right when manufacturers expect the sector to drive recommendation in the first place.

‘Post-Covid, it is estimated that more than half of consumers prefer to buy online and we are committed to ensuring that our customers don’t lose out when the patient makes that convenience choice.’
