Practice celebrates 10th anniversary with guide dog funding

To celebrate its 10th anniversary, Sarah Gibson Optometrist in Wincanton is to raise funds to sponsor a guide dog puppy.

The practice will hold an anniversary prize draw and will donate £1 from every enhanced NHS sight test and private eye examination over the next 12 months. A party will also take place at the practice, with both retired and working guide dogs in attendance.

‘The anniversary event is our way of saying thank you to all our wonderful patients who have shown us loyalty and support over the years,’ said OO Sarah Gibson (second right). Also pictured (left to right) is DO Anita Kelly, receptionist Catherine Pinkawa and practice manager Helen Rooney.
