​Pagan and McQuade Opticians increases awareness of drivers’ vision

Pagan and McQuade Opticians in Scarborough has come up with an interesting approach to increasing awareness on the issue of drivers’ vision.

Staff decorated the practice’s window display with car parts to highlight that drivers are not always up to date with their prescription.

Assistant manager at Pagan and McQuade Opticians Adele Rose said: ‘We want people to be up to date with their tests to make our roads safer. At the moment we are aware certain police forces have the power to check a driver’s vision at the side of the road so would like our customers to have peace of mind.’
