Practitioners invited to global symposium

Bausch & Lomb has announced details of its forthcoming Global Symposium for Vision Correction, which is to be held in Monaco from April 4-7.

Practitioners from around the world are being invited to attend the symposium weekend which offers a full programme of breakthrough research and social activities.
The event will be held in the Grimaldi Forum, a state-of-the-art convention centre and one of the newest attractions in the principality. Delegates will also attend a gala dinner at the famous Sporting Club.
The programme will incorporate all aspects of vision correction. Speakers will include Professor Brien Holden from the Australian University of New South Wales, Professor Des Fonn from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and Sven Erik Nilsson from University Hospital, Sweden.
The winner of the PureVision European Practice of the Year Award 2002 for the most outstanding practice in Europe will also be announced at the symposium. The prize is being judged by a high profile European panel.
