I decided today to purchase a new rubber stamp to put my name in capital letters as required on the new forms for sight testing and point-of-service checks.
It then dawned on me that I would have to perform 425 sight tests for a supplement of four pence each in order to recover the cost of the rubber stamp. Is this a record for bureaucratic interference? Len Marlow St Helens, Merseyside
