Professor Holden tribute planned at AAO conference

An evening celebration of the life and work of Professor Brien Holden has been planned for this year’s American Academy of Optometry conference, to be held next week in New Orleans.

Ten former colleagues, their identity as yet secret, will each present their own memories and pay tribute to Professor Holden.

The American Academy has long established strong links with Australian optometry and Holden was a major player in developing this.
