The GOC has published three new consultations with the profession

The GOC has published three new consultations with the profession on areas of its operation that it would like to update.
A new draft policy on the service of statutory notices by email, an updated remote hearings protocol and an update to the hearings and indicative sanctions guidance are the areas the regulator sought the professions views on.
A GOC statement explained that consultations would run until September 22 this year and would seek feedback on the content, clarity and impacts of the policy, protocol and guidance, as well as whether any areas were missing.
