Relaxing in Kent

Buchanan Optometrists in Snodland, Kent, is the first practice to showcase Carl Zeiss's new 'state-of-the-art' Relaxed Vision service.

The company said the new technology gave improved vision through spectacles by taking measurements more accurately than conventional methods. The terminal takes measurements of the eyes to within 0.1mm compared to traditional methods which only allow an accuracy of 1-2mm, it added.

When lenses are ordered from Zeiss  they can be fitted in the exact position as defined by the Relaxed Vision Terminal.
