Revalidation research reveals no major risks

This week, the third in a series of five revalidation events took place at which the GOC is inviting stakeholders from across the optical community and beyond to give their thoughts on reducing the risks in the optical profession.

The feedback from these meetings will be brought together to help shape a series of proposals by the GOC's revalidation working group, which will then be shared with the profession. By 2013 new rules must be in place to ensure revalidation for GOC registrants to reduce the risk to the public.
