Robinson Optometrists patient wins Hoya holiday

A national prize draw competition organised by Hoya to win a £2,000 holiday voucher has been won by a patient in Northumberland.

Karen Curry, of Whitley Bay, collected her prize from Robinson Optometrists’ dispensing manager Jayne Hutchinson (pictured right) and optical assistant Lorna Bourne (left), who persuaded her to fill in the free draw.

She said: ‘I was absolutely over the moon. I was recommended by a friend to come to Robinson's in 2014. The frame choice is fantastic and the staff so helpful and friendly.

‘It was Lorna [Bourne] who persuaded me to fill in the prize draw voucher when I purchased my new varifocals. I am very grateful to Hoya and Robinson's and I’m looking forward to booking the family holiday of a lifetime.’
