Scope Eyecare and Healthcare has published its first environment, social and governance report that outlined the global issues the company was addressing.

Tom Freyne, CEO at Scope, said: ‘It makes me proud to think we act with the levels of responsibility that we do. We have made great progress so far and recognise that we have a lot more to do.’

The company donated £15,541 to 16 charities in four countries and supported patients through its non-commercial wellbeing programme.

‘We also outline our commitment to managing our waste and carbon emissions in our report. None of this would be possible without the amazing people working in Scope,’ Freyne added.
