Optix software has been installed into Duncan and Todd's 23 practices in just six weeks.
The Scottish optical chain said it wanted a swift roll-out for its new practice management software to help its growing business. Optix initially upgraded one store and tested before the roll out to the rest of the group.'When we first discussed the timelines for this installation we all knew the importance of a smooth and rapid roll-out.
